Exchanges are processed on a first-come, first-served basis in chronological order of the affected performance(s). Exchanges must be requested until 24 hours prior to the start of the original ticket.
Exchanges are subject to availability and not available for all performances. See the list of concert exceptions below.
Seats and seating sections cannot be guaranteed
Exchanges may also involve a price difference; if additional payment is due, you will be contacted by a CSO Patron Services representative. Additional charges will apply if upgrading seats.
Exchange requests must be for performances within the 2026-27 season and cannot be applied to future seasons.
There are a maximum three (3) exchanges per season
